Steam Trials, 11 July 1946
The steam trials that were carried out in Vanguard were exhaustive and being in peacetime they were executed over a rather lengthy period. Figures given in the Shipâs Book are full sets but reduced to mean figures when inserted in the Shipâs Cover.
